Resolved Field Services PO Submission not working Issue with sectors in the background processes causing failure for PO to be submitting to F&O.
RESOLUTION: PO submissions are flowing from Field Services to F&O for processing.

Resolved SharePoint Not all content may be present in Document Libraries Problem identified. Working on copying the missing files actively. Estimated to be completed by EOD 3/4/24. 3.4.24 9:12am EDT
Resolved Teams Unable to start a new chat with a user Can use search to find people, but when trying to start a chat, the user changes to unknown. Existing chats continue to work.
RESOLUTION: Teams chats are now working properly.

Open SharePoint myMedxcel Top Navigation - No Dropdowns Dropdowns for the top navigation in myMedxcel are missing. Scroll down to find relevant links.
Drop-downs are being adjusted and most are present.

Resolved Adobe Unable to login This is a known issue and will be resolved as soon as possible. Ascension is engaged to help fix the licensing.
RESOLUTION: Licenses and accounts are being assigned by Ascension. If you need a license, contact the CSC.

Resolved Outlook Delegation Unable to assign delegates to email/calendaring This is a known issue and is being investigated by Hitachi. In the interim, if you need help with setting up a delegate, contact the CSC.
RESOLUTION: Users are able to remove old delegates and assign delegates.

Resolved Outlook Email Users unable to access shared mailboxes This is being investigated. Working a priority list for mailboxes that are business critical.
RESOLUTION: Mailboxes restored. If you are unable to access, contact the CSC to have permissions checked.
3.4.24 1:11pm EDT
Open Outlook Calendar Canceling meetings that were scheduled prior to tenant migration results in a non-deliverable for the recipients.
This is due to the email address of the recipient (mailbox, room, resource, etc.) changing during migration

Awareness OneNote Shared Files may be inacessible by users that you shared the file with due to the location (tenant address) changing. You may need to re-share the file(s). 2.26.24 5:03pm EDT
